[The Local Government Board recognizes the obligation to pay the Carnival PeĂ ą as Federation for collaborating in the delivery of letters to the Three Kings (19/01/2021)

The Local Government Board has approved to recognize the obligation to pay by 2021, amounting to 7,000 euros, to the Federation of Totana Carnival PeĂ ą as, charged to the current budget, under the agreement of Collaboration with this entity for the organization of the delivery of letters to the Three Wise Men on January 3 and 4. The agreement is established considering the existence of credit - as indicated in the Intervention report in the accounting document - as well as the content of the report; and given the need to recognize the obligation in the year 2021, charged to the municipal budgets in force, the one extended from 2019 to 2021.
