The approval of the General Budget of the City Council for the financial year 2020 and the Needs Adjustment Plan for 2021 are discussed (10/09/2020)

Today the Totana City Council Plenary is debating the Mayor's Office proposal on the approval of the general budget of the Municipal Corporation for the 2020 financial year, made up of the budgets of the council itself and of the municipal private companies PROINVITOSA and CEDETO, SL.In addition, it includes approving the budget execution bases for 2020 and the staff for the same year.

This proposal is raised to the plenary session after having received a report from the Ministry of Finance dated January 20, considering the indications and criteria on the budget for said exercise.The Mayor's Office proposal will also be addressed in order to approve the Adjustment Plan necessary to request the new needs for 2021, in the section on judgments, financing within the scope of Royal Decree 17/2014, of December 26 , of measures of financial sustainability of the autonomous communities and local entities.The proposal includes the approval of the Adjustment Plan and measures collected, as well as requesting the financing of the needs highlighted in said Adjustment Plan through the formalization of a credit operation within the framework of the aforementioned Royal Decree for a global amount maximum of 2,336,213.64 euros, corresponding to judicial decisions not included in the communication to the Management Fund in July 2015, or subsequent processes.
