| Totana Civil Protection advises to take extreme precautions tomorrow afternoon | The entry of a deep trough of cold air in height over the Iberian Peninsula will cause the atmosphere to become unstable and temperatures to drop sharply.
Today the weather has already begun to change in the northern half and we will notice its effects in the southeast from tomorrow Saturday.Tomorrow there will be a drop in temperatures, forgetting about the suffocating heat.
But the most important thing will be the showers and storms that will develop during the afternoon.
The conditions will be markedly unstable, which will favor the development of strong storms that may be accompanied by hail and strong gusts of wind.
For this reason, AEMET has activated the orange warning for storms and the yellow warning for 25 mm / h rains.
The notices are activated between 2:00 p.m.
and 8:00 p.m.
in Vega del Segura, Valle del Guadalentín, Lorca and Águilas and Campo de Cartagena and Mazarrón.
On this occasion, the innermost areas will not be the most affected by the storms.
Within the warning zone, the highest probability corresponds to the eastern half.
