The selection test of the Course-Certificate of Professionalism "Auxiliary Operations of Administrative and General Services" is carried out (27/08/2020)

The Department of Economic Development, Training and Employment of the Totana City Council has recently carried out, in the Local Development Center, the selection test for the course "Auxiliary Operations of Administrative and General Services, whose objective was to select the students who finally They will carry out the training, since it was in high demand and around twenty-five people enrolled, of which only fifteen places have the professional certificate.The training action is a professional certificate with a total of 430 hours, of which 40 are internships in companies.

Classes will have a schedule from 9:00 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m.The course is structured in 4 independent modules, whose contents are:First module: Basic administrative office techniques (150 hours).Second module: Basic communication operations (120 hours).Third module: Playback and archive (120 hours).Fourth module: Non-labor professional practice module (40 hours).This training action is aimed at the unemployed in general and with motivation to work on issues related to the professional family of Administration and Management.Once trained, these people will see themselves as professionals who will be able to develop their professional activity in any company or entity in the private or public sector, mainly in offices, offices or administration or general services departments.In addition, they may occupy jobs as telephone exchange operators, telemarketers, receptionists-telephone operators in offices, in general, post office clerks, mail sorters and distributors, ordinances and ticket clerks.The course, which is free, has been awarded to the Totana City Council by the Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia (SEF), also counting on the co-financing of the European Social Fund (ESF), and amounting to said subsidy to the amount of 25,740 euros, being therefore 100% subsidized.For more information about this type of course and other issues related to training, employment and self-employment, contact the Local Development Center, telephone 968425003 or mail gertrucanovas@totana.es, at Huertos Nuevos, 5 in the industrial area "El Saladar ”from Totana.
