Due to the manifest and irresponsible improvisation of the Regional Government at the beginning of the school year in this health emergency situation, together with the policy of victimhood and downcast arms of the Municipal Government of Totana, the Socialist Group has found it necessary to carry out, by check-in, the following demands to the Totana City Council: 1.- First, urge the Mayor to urgently convene the Municipal School Council, with representatives of parents, students, teachers, Council technicians, school directors and members of non-teaching staff, as soon as possible possible given the urgency of the matter.2.- Second, we request that you also convene the FAMPA and the Education unions so that their voice is taken into account when addressing this important challenge.3.- Third, we ask that political groups with representation in the City Council be invited to contribute their ideas in a constructive way.In this way, the Socialist councilors urge the Government Team of the Totana City Council to take action on the matter in order to give a unanimous and forceful response to the abandonment of functions of the Ministry of Education.However, the Department of Education of the City Council also has responsibilities and it is necessary to specify the measures and resources it offers to support, within its powers, a safe start of the school year (Cleaning plan, disinfection of centers, etc.).We cannot stand idly by if the Autonomous Community is not capable of drawing up a plan with the necessary measures and resources that offer the entire educational community a certain and safe return to school.We already know the terrible consequences that the policy of institutional loyalty towards the regional government has had in our municipality, we must face the continuous humiliations to which López Miras subjects Totana's neighbors.The Municipal Socialist Group has also prepared and presented a possible draft as a proposal for the agenda of the requested School Council.
