In order to reverse the dramatic socio-economic situation that the totaneros are suffering, and once determined, after two weeks of confinement, that the great problem that all the compliants knew was that the non-compliants were not respecting the basic rules of prevention contagion, this Platform proposes the following measures:1.
Increase in the number of people dedicated to tracking and monitoring people positive for Coronavirus COVID-19.2.
