The Local Police opens this weekend 10 disciplinary proceedings for irregular situations in Spain, as well as contravening the ordinances and the rules collected in a state of alarm (11/06/2020)

The Local Police of Totana has opened during the past weekend, from June 5 to 7, a total of 10 sanctioning files for different reasons, among which were found to be in an irregular situation in Spain, as well as contravening ordinances and regulations collected in a state of alarm, according to sources from the Headquarters.In this regard, 4 disciplinary proceedings have been opened for infringement of LO 4/2000, of January 11, on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration, for being irregularly in Spanish territory.In relation to municipal ordinances, a total of 4 sanctioning files have been opened: 3 for causing annoyance in the neighborhood on Héroe Gabriel López Navarro street, Antonio Machado street and General Aznar street, and 1 for urinating on public roads on the avenue Juan Carlos I. Likewise, two neighbors who refused to leave a hospitality establishment on Ibiza Street, two separate proceedings have been opened for violation of section 37 of article 37 of LO 4/2015, of March 30 on Protection of Public Safety.State of alarmIn relation to RD 463/2020, of March 14, by which the state of alarm was declared during the past weekend, the agents of the Local Police of Totana have opened 2 disciplinary proceedings.One of them last Sunday, June 7, at a hotel establishment, located on Juan Carlos I Avenue, for allowing the consumption of drinks at the bar counter, violating the provisions of Order SND / 458/2020 of 30 of may.The opening of the other file was carried out on June 5, when a 3-row van could be controlled at a checkpoint in Paso de María Jesús, carrying 7 passengers, non-cohabitants, 3 of them.
