Given these facts, the Local Police began the corresponding investigation, to clarify the accident, reaching the conclusion that the events did not occur as reported but, on the contrary: it was this complainant driver who caused the accident and gave the fugue, reason why before these facts, to this driver judicial proceedings have been opened, for false complaint.On May 24, a person was arrested for an alleged crime against road safety, the events of which took place at 6:35 am, on Juan Carlos I Avenue, at one of the controls established at various points in the population, to control the sanitary measures of the transport of people and avoid the contagion of the COVID-19: a van, Mercedes Vito, was given the stop, which did not meet the maximum limit of people in the vehicle established by the state of alarm.

The driver was identified, trying to give false data, but being easily discovered by police officers. Once correctly identified, it was verified that this person had never had a driving license, so he was arrested and brought to justice and reported for violation of the rules of the state of alarm.

This driver still wanted to drive again, because he said he was fine to drive.

A tourist was given a halt, to check if he complied with the regulations established by the state of alarm, to the identification of the driver, verifying that this person had been withdrawn from his driving license by court order.

Therefore, he was arrested for an alleged crime against road safety and brought to justice.

The vehicle was deposited in municipal offices.On May 31, two were arrested for an alleged crime against road safety.

The first of them was in the afternoon of that day as a result of citizen collaboration, which followed a vehicle, which was driving down Calle Mayor Sevilla, zigzagging and invading the opposite lane, with the consequent danger for other users of the via.

A patrol moved to that location, locating the vehicle in that area. The driver, when he got out of the vehicle, was unable to stand up, and he had to lean in the car at the same time that his speech did not come out, and he was unable to carry out the blood alcohol test.

This person was arrested for an alleged crime of driving a motor vehicle, under the influence of alcoholic beverages and exceeding the rate of alcohol in exhaled air greater than 0.60 mg / liters, and was brought to justice.On the same day, May 31, a person was arrested for an alleged crime of gender violence.

On the night of that day, a call was received in Room 092 of the Local Police from a very upset woman who stated that her daughter's partner was strangling her.

Immediately the patrol at the scene, when they entered the house they began to hear screams, observing inside three very upset women trying to separate a man from a woman. Once the situation was calmed, it was observed that one of the women had a red neck, and she told the agents that the man was her partner and that he had tried to suffocate her.

The man was detained by Local Police officers for an alleged crime of gender-based violence and handed over to the Civil Guard Barracks in Totana, who continued with the necessary steps to bring him to justice.Finally, on June 1, a person was arrested for an alleged crime against road safety, when a Local Police patrol circulated at dawn in the Conquistadores neighborhood, and they observed a tourism that was circulating with the lights emergency lights on, the 4 flashing lights on, as well as driving at very low speed.Ante esos hechos, se interesaron  por  el  conductor, por si había sufrido alguna emergencia, le dieron alto al turismo, comprobando que al conductor no le pasaba nada, sino  que  desprendía un fuerte olor alcohol y con evidentes síntomas de ir bajo  los efectos del alcohol.

Se le invitó a realizar las correspondientes pruebas  de  alcoholemia,  dando  una  resultado  de  0,94 mg/litro en aire espirado.

Esta persona fue detenida por un presunto delito de conducción de un vehículo a motor, bajo la influencia de bebidas alcohólicas y superar la tasa de alcohol en aire espirado superior a 0,60 mg/litros, siendo puesto a disposición judicial.
