| The now detainee maintained a legal dispute over the ownership of the stolen objects, which was settled in favor of the complainant | The Benemérita has recovered all the stolen vehicle body tools and parts, valued at 20,000 euros The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has carried out the 'Eramo' operation, an investigation aimed at clarifying the robbery committed in an industrial warehouse located in the hamlet of La Ñorica de Totana, from which tools and vehicle bodies valued at more of 20,000 euros, all of which has been recovered and returned to its rightful owner. In ten days from the beginning of the investigation, the Civil Guard has culminated the investigation with the arrest of a 30-year-old Spanish man from Totana who is the alleged perpetrator of a crime of robbery with force. The investigation began when the manager of a vehicle repair company denounced the theft of a large number of tools and bodies from the interior of an industrial warehouse located in the Totanera district of La Ñorica, dedicated to vehicle repair and reform. From that moment, the Civil Guard began collecting samples and signs of the criminal scene and concluded that the objects, due to their weight and volume, had to have been transported in a mixed vehicle or semi-trailer. The investigators focused their investigations on the inspection of car rental establishments, with or without a driver, in Totana and other neighboring municipalities. During these inspections, the agents examined the log books of the renting operations carried out in recent weeks, until they located several of the vehicles that, supposedly, had been used to commit the theft. The civil guards found out that the person related to the rental of the vehicles had also been in legal dispute with the complainant for the ownership of the effects under investigation, which were finally judicially granted to the complainant. Once identified, investigators conducted a thorough investigation to locate him, as well as to locate where the stolen vehicle tools and bodies could be found. These investigations led the agents to an industrial estate in the La Hoya district of Lorca, so an extensive police device was established, conducting discreet surveillance for several days and at different times, suspecting that the goods were trying to be sold to third parties.
