The Department of Commerce of the City of Totana reports on the conditions in which the hotel and restaurant activities must be carried out, as well as the most relevant measures to be adopted during the de-escalation starting this week.It is recalled that the hotel and restaurant activities may be carried out through home delivery services and through the collection of orders by customers, and consumption within establishments is prohibited.In home delivery services, a preferential distribution system may be established for people over 65, dependent or more vulnerable groups.In the collection services at the establishment, the customer must make the order by phone and the establishment will set a collection schedule for it.Establishments may only be open to the public during order pick-up hours.Risk prevention measures for personnel:· The holder of the economic activity must comply, in any case, with the risk prevention obligations established in the current legislation, both generally and specifically to prevent the spread of COVID-19, ensuring that all workers have personal protective equipment appropriate to the level of risk, composed at least of masks and that permanently have hydroalcoholic gels and soaps for cleaning hands at the workplace.Hygienic measures for customers and capacity:1.

The owner of the hospitality activity must make hydroalcoholic gels available to customers at the entrance to the establishment and litter bins with a non-manually operated lid at the exit.2.

The time of permanence in the establishments in which the collection of orders is carried out will be strictly necessary so that customers can collect them.3.

In establishments where personalized attention is possible from more than one client at the same time, the safety distance of two meters between clients must be clearly indicated.

In any case, customer service may not be carried out simultaneously to several customers by the same worker.4.

In the event that more than one client cannot be served individually at the same time, access to the establishment will be carried out individually, not allowing more than one client to stay there.
