The Government of Spain limits the exit of children, reducing the fringes; and establishes schedules for walks and physical activity (30/04/2020)

The Government of Spain has decided today to establish more specific time frames to order the start of individual sports activity and that of walks for adults and children, included within the measures to alleviate the coronavirus crisis, which may be carried out from 6:00 a.m.

to 10:00 a.m.

and 8:00 p.m.

to 11:00 p.m.These measures start with the extension of the de-escalation from 00:00 on Saturday 2 May, within phase 0.The Government has given the green light to the launch of individual sports activities and that of people over 14 years of age, who may take walks accompanied by a regular caregiver or any other person with whom they live.

These are the two new relief measures that have been added to the one that has been in place for a week for the street out of those under 14 years of age, which from now on will also be subject to a time slot.The new measures, as happened with the previous one, are subject to some limitations.

The permissiveness of sports activity will be individual, without contact with another person, once a day and within the municipality.Accompanied adult walks will have a limit of one kilometer from the home.

Apart from these options are people with symptoms or affected by the coronavirus.

Municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants will not be subject to these limitations, and may carry out the activities permitted at any time of the day.The Government established three sections for relief activities throughout the day: individual physical exercise, another space reserved for dependents and, a third, for children under fourteen.

The objective is that the measures of this part of the de-escalation be ordered and avoid crowds.In this way, sports activities and walks can be carried out between 6:00 and 10:00 and also from 20:00 to 23:00.Secondly, a time slot is established for people over 70 and dependent people, which runs from 10:00 a.m.

to 12:00 p.m., and also from 7:00 p.m.

to 8:00 p.m.The children's rides, which until now could be done between 9:00 and 21:00, will be from next Saturday only from 12:00 to 19:00.

All these decisions are to order the day and avoid crowds.
