The events occurred on April 7, when the agents proceeded to control a van on a street in the town, in order to prove the reason for its movement in relation to the Royal Decree of the state of alarm.When the driver was identified, he was asked for a driving license, stating that he did not present it, since he had delivered it to the Provincial Traffic Headquarters due to a loss of validity, but that he had already completed the road awareness and re-education course.When comparing the information with the Provincial Traffic Headquarters, it certified that said person cannot drive any vehicle because they do not have any point on the driving license, so the driver has been detained and made available to the Courts of Totana.
