COVID SITUATION REPORT 19 IN THE REGION OF MURCIA APRIL 8, 2020
To date of the report, 1,326 confirmed cases of COVID infection have been registered in the Region of Murcia19.
The first case was declared on March 6 and confirmed as positive on March 8.
As of today, 273 cases are admitted to hospitals in the Region, of which 50 are in the ICU.
58% of confirmed patients are in home isolation.
Epidemiological discharge has been given to 203 patients and there have been 85 deaths.
The diagnostic tests carried out for the detection of coronaviruses have been 10381.
Figure 1 details the number of cases confirmed by COVID-19 in the Region of Murcia from the beginning to April 7, 2020. Of the 1,326 confirmed cases to date, detailed information on 1302 cases is currently available.
