The mayor holds a meeting with municipal officials in the area of â€‹â€‹Social Welfare to coordinate aid and actions for the most vulnerable families (24/03/2020)

The mayor, Juan José Cánovas, meets with the councilor for Social Welfare, Javier Baños, and the director of the Municipal Center for Social Services, Gabriel Cabrera, to define and coordinate the channeling of aid and actions to families with problems of social exclusion in Totana.

The City Council intends to cover the needs with the external resources that reach the municipality and the municipalities themselves, with the collaboration of Cáritas, the Red Cross and other NGOs that operate in this municipality.

This coordination meeting is held after the "telematics" that took place yesterday of the vice president and counselor for Social Policy and Equality, Isabel Franco, with the 45 Murcia mayors to coordinate joint actions in social matters and care for vulnerable people or groups .
