The Local Police has not carried out in the last 24 hours any further sanction for disobedience or resistance to Totana's neighbors, but it has done it to 15 people for violating Organic Law 4/2015 on Protection of Citizen Security, while He has intercepted two vehicles on public roads at dawn for driving without justified permission.
In addition, in the last 24 hours it has identified 103 more people in application of the measures contained in Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, which declares this situation of national exceptionality;
plus those that the Civil Guard has processed.
Similarly, since last Sunday, 350 identifications of people who were traveling on public roads, 224 controls on vehicles and six closings of activity of premises are counted;
plus all those that the Civil Guard has formulated.
Starting today, these figures are going to multiply because fixed and mobile controls have been intensified following the instructions of the Ministry of the Interior in companies, vehicles, roads and county roads and neighboring communities to combat the epidemic and avoid the multiplication of infections.
The Ministry of the Interior considers, according to the guidelines given through the Government Delegation, that four days have been sufficient for citizens to internalize the movement restrictions and understand the peculiarities and exceptions of this serious crisis situation.
Local Police and Civil Guard officers comb, in permanent coordination, the main places and transit spaces for citizens and vehicles throughout the day, advocating compliance with the restrictions and measures to combat the epidemic.
