The Department of Economic Development, Development and Employment and Industry of the City of Totana will launch the new Course-Certificate of Professionalism "Auxiliary Operations of Administrative and General Services", which is free and includes a total of 430 hours, of the that 40 are of practices in companies.

Classes will begin next Thursday, March 26 and will have morning hours at the Local Development Center, located in the industrial estate "El Saladar" of Totana, according to sources in this municipal department.

The course is structured in 4 independent modules, whose contents are:

First module: Basic administrative office techniques (150 hours).

Second module: Basic communication operations (120 hours).

Third module: Playback and archive (120 hours).

Fourth module: Non-work professional practices module (40 hours).

This training action is aimed at the unemployed in general and motivated to work on issues related to the professional family of Administration and Management.

Once trained, these people will be seen as professionals who can develop their professional activity in any company or entity in the private or public sector, mainly in offices, offices or administration departments or general services.

In addition, they will be able to occupy jobs such as telephone exchange operators, telemarketers, receptionists-telephone operators in offices, in general, employees of postal windows, mail sorters / distributors, ordinances and lockers / ace.

The course has been granted to the City of Totana by the Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia (SEF) also counting on the co-financing of the European Social Fund (ESF), and ascending this subsidy to the amount of 25,740 euros, being for therefore, 100% subsidized.
