Adif Alta Speed ​​has recently awarded two new contracts for the supply of materials for the Nonduermas-Sangonera and Totana-Lorca sections for a total amount of 4,308,548.76 euros, according to sources from the railway administrator.

One of the contracts is for the joint venture formed by the companies Porfidos Internacionales del Alhama, Pórfidos del Mediterráneo and Canteras Sierra En Medio, for 1,872,229.85 euros.

The action includes the extraction of stone for the manufacture of 93,000 tons of ballast (material that supports the road) and the preparation of the surfaces of the collection areas.

The other contract with Arcelor Mittal for 2,436,318.91 euros is intended for the supply, treatment, transport and stacking of the lane for the needs of works.
