The High Performance Center of Los Narejos hosted last Saturday, February 1, the Regional Day of South Table Tennis School Sports, organized by the General Directorate of Sports of the Region of Murcia, which was attended by schools La Miraculous and Santiago.
In it, they highlighted the good results reaped by the youth team of the Santiago school, formed by Guillermo Cánovas Crespo, Jaime Cánovas Crespo, Marta Cifuentes Merlo and Jaime Cánovas Crespo, who managed to qualify for the regional final, after defeating the San Agustín schools of Álamo Fountain and Villa de Alegría of San Pedro del Pinatar.
On the other hand, the children's team of Colegio La Milagrosa, formed by Cayetano Rodríguez, Alejandro Rodríguez and Alberto López, could not qualify for the regional final, although they won one of the matches against Colegio San Agustín de Fuente de Álamo, the others lost two meetings with the teams of the Colegio San Francisco de Asís de Lorca.
Finally, he also highlighted the direct classification of the junior team of La Milagrosa school, formed by Chema Baños Miras and Pablo López González, who together with the youth team of the Santiago school will participate in the Regional School Sports Table Tennis Final, which will take place on Saturday, February 29 in Mazarrón.
