5. THE FULL DEBATE and vote on the Budget.
It is approved or not, with a simple majority;
half plus one of the councilors present.
6. IF THE BUDGET IS APPROVED, IT IS PROVISIONALLY.
That is to say, there is a period marked by Law of 15 days (working days), so that any citizen can examine the Budget, (CITIZEN PARTICIPATION) while it is in public exhibition and can present allegations.
CLOSED THE DEADLINE FOR FILING CLAIMS, WHAT HAPPENS?
