The Local Government Board has approved the proposal of the Councilor for Social Welfare, Javier Baños, to sign a collaboration agreement with the International Isabel I University of Castilla for the realization of external academic practices in the different centers or dependencies of the City of Totana.
The Isabel I University of Castilla is a private university, with its headquarters in Burgos and with a registered office in Valladolid, whose teaching offer consists of official online degrees and masters, in addition to its own postgraduate degrees and language school, all adapted to the Space European Higher Education.
In addition, it is the first Spanish university and the second in Europe to offer the degrees of Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFD) and Human and Dietary Nutrition in a blended manner.
The Isabel I University was founded in 2008 and was recognized by the Courts of Castile and León by law 3/2011;
and has more than 6,000 students.
The Consistorio totanero already has collaboration agreements for this purpose with other Spanish universities such as the University of Murcia, the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, the University of Alicante, the University of Almería, among others.
