Salsa Dancing (30/11/2019)

A great way to get fit and to meet new people is Salsa and Bachata dancing. With the popularity of Strictly Come Dancing there has been a massive upsurge in people learning how to move their stuff. So what is the difference between Salsa and Bachata I hear you ask. The biggest difference between these two dances are their overall presentation. The Salsa dance is very fast paced and has very quick turns, whereas the Bachata is danced at a much slower pace and has a more intimate feel and presentation. If you fancy giving it a go then classes are available in Platea bar on a Tuesday and a Thursday. Lessons are at 9:00pm and the free dance session starts at 11:30pm.
