The next Tuesday, April 30, ends the application period for the admission of students in the "Clara Campoamor" Municipal Children's School for the 2019/2020 academic year (26/04/2019)

The presentation of applications for the admission of students of the Municipal School "Clara Campoamor" for the 2019/20 academic year has to be made until next Tuesday, April 30, so that the provisional list will be published on May 13, opening a claim period until May 20, according to sources from the Department of Education.

The final publication of the lists will take place on May 24 and the confirmation of the place by those admitted will have to take place between June 1 and 12, presenting the entry receipt of the tuition payment in an account number enabled. for the occasion.

Applications must be submitted, following the income model, in the Citizen Service (SAC) of the City of Totana and in the rest provided in Article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Procedure Common Administration of Public Administrations.

Applications submitted after the deadline will be left out of the first selection process automatically going to the waiting list.

Those interested in the procedure of baremación (work situation of parents and guardians, family situation and other scores) have to request information in the Department of Education of the City of Totana ground floor of the main building of the Plaza de la Constitución.

The necessary documents for the admission of students that have to be attached to the application are: compulsory photocopies of the Family Book and a document certifying the vaccines;

photocopy proof of disability, if applicable;

photocopy of the last payroll (permanent workers);

photocopy of the last payroll or work contract (non-permanent workers);

Social Security report certificate indicating the contribution system (agricultural or self-employed workers) and SEF card dated before the application deadline (unemployed worker).

The current schedule of the Municipal Children's School "Clara Campoamor" is: normal schedule (without lunch), from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

and special hours (entrance 8:00 am and departure 5:00 pm).
