The Physics Olympiad of the Region of Murcia is an annual competition for high school students whose objectives are: to promote the teaching of physics at the regional level, to constitute a meeting point between students and teachers, and to select the contestants who represent the Region in the Spanish Physics Olympiad.
On March 14, the local phase of the Region of Murcia was celebrated, where some 105 students participated.
3 students who attend 2 ° BI in the IES Juan de la Cierva and Codorniú de Totana, participated with great success, as they have been classified with the second, fourth and fifth place, according to Totana.com informed sources of the teaching center.
This means that they will represent, together with the regional team in the National Physics Olympiad, to be held in Salamanca from April 25 to 28.
