María José Bedia Navarro, General Secretary of the Popular Party of Totana, will accompany Teodoro García Egea as third substitute for the general elections of April 28 in the Candidacy for Murcia to the Congress of Deputies.
Yesterday afternoon was made public by the Popular Party of the Region of Murcia the proposal for candidacies to Congress and the Senate by Murcia, which have been ratified by the National People's Party.
According to the Regional PP in a press release, it is a candidacy that "combines experience and renewal, which includes independent professionals and with which the Region of Murcia gains importance at the national level".
Our companion and General Secretary of the Party in Totana, is a Technical Architect from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, an 18-year-old self-employed individual who has always been a Council Member of the Totana City Council from 2007 to the present.
Bedia, has been present in the Totanera policy since the 2007-2011 term as Councilman, being responsible for Planning and Sustainable Development in the City of Totana.
During the 2011-2015 term when the Popular Party won the elections with Isabel María Sánchez Ruiz at the head, María José Bedia was responsible for one of the most important areas of the City Council;
Works and Infrastructure, Services to the City, Cemetery, Environment and Housing, currently after winning the elections of 2015-2019 the Popular Party is in opposition to our Consistory.
From the Popular Party of Totana we consider very pleasant the presence of our General Secretariat in the Candidacy to the Congress of Deputies for the General elections to be held on April 28.

For Bedia, according to his statements at the meeting held yesterday night in the Popular Party of Totana where he transmitted the news to members and supporters said: "It is a pride and an honor for me to be part as a third alternate of the lists to Congress of the Deputies for Murcia, because integrating the Candidacy to Congress means that the Popular Party of Totana is doing well, that Totana is present and counts for the Popular Party at a Regional and National level and gives us the strength and enthusiasm to continue working and fighting for our People, our Region and for Spain ".
