The program included an activity on the operation of the Local Development Office of Totana and a framework paper entitled "Heritage and development", by the archaeologist and director of the Museum of the City of Mula, José Antonio Zapata.

Subsequently, a round table was held in which they deepened and discussed about the actions and experiences in local development in several municipalities of the Region, counting on the technical contribution of agents of Local Development of Bullas, Jumilla and Totana.

The participants made tourist visits to the archaeological site of "La Bastida" and the place of La Santa in order to complete the day of training outside the classrooms.
