After ten years of absence, the Ride to La Santa de Totana returned to the calendar of the Spanish Mountain Championship and did it with an inscription of authentic luxury in which we had the best riders of the contest, arriving even at this appointment, two of the three championships still in play.
In the regional section, Rubén Cerezo was imposed in the two disputed phases, one on Saturday, and one on Sunday.
The young Murcia arrived another year to this appointment as favorite to victory, and managed to impose comfortably on his rivals, also obtaining the third absolute position in the test and rising to the final podium of it.
Phase A had Sergi Pañella in second position, at the controls of a Silver Car S2 of the CM + category, and with Juan Borrallo third with another CM.
Among the touring cars, Francisco Hernández managed to be the fastest of the first day, with the local José Antonio Sánchez and Miguel Carrasco accompanying him on the podium.
The last name Cerezo sounded doubly in the delivery of the podium of Phase B, since the victory of Rubén was joined by the second position of his brother Adrián, who reached the top positions after a penalty in Phase A. Pañella completed the podium of the category with Amador Nevado in fourth place and first of Turismos after solving some problems in his Seat Leon.
The category of tourisms was completed by Francisco Hernández and Miguel Carrasco, being the Águilas pilot one of the most applauded by the fans.
