After competing in the Andalusian competitions of Estepona and Ubrique, Nevado took the course to the Principality of Asturias to take part in the Subida al Fito, a veteran event of the national contest that is also eligible for the European Mountain Championship, achieving a historical milestone, since it was the first time that a Totana driver participated in a scoring event for the European.
This appointment was going to be very complicated because after the long trip there was hardly time to memorize the complicated route of the Arriondas test.
Despite being a rookie in this test Amador Nevado at the wheel of his Seat Leon MK II, he managed to be among the best drivers of Group N of the Spanish Championship from the first stages of the race, finally getting to be placed as second place in the N2 group, what it supposes to continue leading the same one after its passage by Asturian earth, being able to fulfill with more than the objective marked in a principle.
