The mayor of Totana, Andres Garcia, wishes to publicly thank the civic platform AVE Totana-Fuerza Ciudadana for his work and involvement to attend and explain to the many neighbors who came yesterday to the Sociocultural Center "La Cárcel" to request information and advice on the new tracing of the AVE imposed by the Railway Infrastructure Administrator (Adif) to the municipality of Totana.
The tasks of explanation and help were developed by several volunteers of this platform and by the Town Planning Councilor, Carlos Ballester, providing all the information required by the owners and affected by the sudden change of layout.
In parallel, there was an exhibition of this new layout and its negative consequences in the adjoining auditorium with the assistance of many affected neighbors.
Likewise, the mayor of Totana, due to the urgency in the presentation of allegations, communicates to all Totana residents who want to know how their properties will be affected in the near future because of Adif that on Tuesday, May 1, the Urban Planning offices will remain open .
In this way, anyone who wants information about it will be personally attended by the Town Planning Councilor, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Likewise, those affected will be taken care of on Wednesday 2, Thursday 3, and Friday 4 May, in normal office hours, in the dependencies of this council.
The mayor recalls that the deadline for allegations ends on Friday 4 and reiterates that all the resources of the Consistory are available to all residents so they can inform themselves and defend themselves against "the outrage" that Adif claims to cause the municipality of Totana .
