The Councillor for Economic Development and Employment Promotion and Industry, José Antonio Valverde Queen, has reported grants for 2010 convened by the Institute for the Promotion of Mucia Region to support technologically advanced investments in strategic sectors, including tourism .
This call was published on 17 February at the BORM, Order of February 15, 2010, by adopting the rules and regulations and the call, which aims to promote investment projects involving the creation or expansion of businesses in Murcia Region, led to the production of goods and services.
Recipients of aid to companies, SMEs or not belonging to any principal of industrial or service sector, including tourism, to do some project in the subject of this program.
In particular and without limitation, may benefit from this program of investment projects related to industry information technology and communications, biotechnology, electronics, robotics, fine chemical, pharmaceutical, metalworking, plastics, food industry, audiovisual, telematics, telecommunication or any other advanced technology, and tourism projects.
Aid, as reported by the mayor, consist of up to 50 percent of eligible costs for small businesses, up to 40 percent for medium-sized enterprises and up to 30 percent for large companies.
The maximum amount per company and application will be of 1,500,000 euros (unless specific agreement of the Governing Board of the INFO stating the strategic interest of the project).
