Totana hosts the "First Conference for intercultural dialogue and solidarity" (29/01/2010)

The workshops will be held over four days in the Socio-Cultural Center "San Roque"

Totana hosts, from 7 February, the "First Conference for Intercultural Dialogue and Solidarity" organized by the Universidad de Sevilla, through which it aims to create spaces of encounter between native and immigrant populations.

With the events are meant to address some of the results of the diagnostic phase (conducted between June 2008-October 2009), relating to the identification of the needs that people from Ecuador and Bolivia, local residents and indicating the complex union of existing factors at both individual and collective, of the host society, as the conditions of insertion (not just work) these immigrants in the context Lorca.
