Completes Phase 1 of business training courses "Project work. A step towards the employability" developed by the group "The Candle" (28/12/2009)

A total of 22 people participated in the first phase of training in companies in the project work: a step towards the employability, the Collective for Social Promotion "The Candle", has been engaged since 2007 in collaboration with Murciano Institute for Social Action (IMAS).

The project objectives are focused on support people unemployed in your itinerary employability, and framed in this project has developed four training courses in different companies of the town of Totana.

The completion of this training, where 22 people participated, aims to facilitate closer to the labor of people who have previously participated in other training courses, workshops such as social skills and techniques of active job search, also carried out in the draft Labor.

In addition to learning about the reality of companies, training companies looking to qualify men and women with difficulties of a socio in an occupation consistent with their professional goals.

To this end, training is very practical, although it includes theoretical.

The companies collaborating with the project that have provided training, both practical and theoretical have been "Toni Casanova Aesthetic (Cosmetic training)," Murcia Painters "(training in painting of buildings)," AMG Integrated Services "(care training and elder care), and "Azor Restoration" (training in Hospitality).

The assessment made by these companies has been highly positive, as well as the satisfaction of the people involved in it.

The success of these training processes is that the participant has direct experience of working in the company and know the qualities valued by the business, while exercising the basic skills related to the performance of a job.

All these influences to improve their chances of integration and their employability.

In the coming months, the Labor Project will continue its task of accompanying the insertion of unemployed people by conducting workshops and other courses.
