The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, accompanied by more local authorities, attended the presentation last night in the fairy tale "Tales of my people.

The story, which through a children's story explains the nature of the deposit Argaric "La Bastida", the largest in the Mediterranean area, was presented to dozens of people in the Socio-Cultural Center "Jail."
As she explained, the proceeds from sales of the same will be destined for Rare Disorders Association of Totana "D'Genes."
In this sense, the president of "D'Genes", Naca Pérez de Tudela, welcomed the involvement of the author and illustrator on this project, which was sponsored by the company "Palomares Brothers."
For his part, Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, praised the good work of the author to convey to children the importance of the site of "La Bastida" and thus the idiosyncrasies of the town of Totana.
In this regard, he recalled that it is currently carrying out important scientific research in the field, which will become a global benchmark.
The first to receive the books have been responsible for a local primary school, as the company "Palomares Brothers" and the author have given several copies to all schools.
