Also, last night, local police have arrested a natural person of Bolivia, as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of domestic violence.
The officers were alerted by this person's girlfriend, also a native of Bolivia, who stated that he had quarreled with her boyfriend and he had grabbed by the arms to shake her.
