The Local Government Board approved at its last meeting the signing of cooperation agreements with the municipality cultural associations, which aim to promote activities and projects that they develop through the organization of courses and workshops in theater and music that will be given during the last quarter, according to the councilman of Culture, Ana Belén García.
On the one hand, the Council of Totana, through the Department of Culture, want to make a music course to be held over the last quarter of 2008 and agrees with the Orchestra of Pulse and Totana Pick City to be responsible for teach the course.
Also, the Consistory sign another agreement for a Theatre Workshop to be held during the third quarter of this year with the Association Deltrajín Totana Theatre, which is responsible for delivering the course.
The Department of Culture, as stated by the mayor, considered a priority boost and facilitate activities and initiatives to ensure the participation of cultural associations in the development of community life and contribute to the promotion and strengthening of associations through appropriate economic cooperation, which will guarantee better performance and greater stability to such groups.
