After meeting held by the Board of Directors of the Association of Parents of Mentally Handicapped of Totana, PA.DI.SI.TO., this association has wanted to step out of the statements made in recent months by the government team.

Several months ago that has been using the name of this association and its former president for purely political purposes, damaging the image of this association with arguments that we rejected outright.

There have been several occasions we heard the mayor, the spokesman of the government team and the council of finance charges for anything to be true.

Therefore, we make the following clarifications:

It is true that the previous president, Andres Garcia has any judicial proceedings relating to this partnership, nor is true that neither the former president nor the association have any ongoing case in the Supreme Court

If there is anything that could be investigated, correspond to a stage prior to the former president Andres Garcia, the stage which was not even associated with this association.

It is totally false that there is a book out of position nine million pesetas as spokesman has said the government team, and that this association has never had that amount.

Is more than proven that this association was never the crimes they are talking, or socioeconomic or concealment of information.

There is a report of the prosecutor and the judge sentence speaks for itself.

During the ten years he was president, Mr. Andrés García its management has been exemplary and transparent, especially with regard to economic management.

Each year we realized the spending and revenue last year, and next year's budget, providing copies of all partners; copies are available to all people who want to check.

We therefore demand the government team to make a public correction of his statements to restore the damage and leave the association at the place it deserves after fifteen years of work for the group of people with intellectual disabilities in this town .

Please political representatives the utmost respect for all affected families that make up this association and to all entities and individuals that collaborate in one or another way to improve the quality of life for these people and their families.
