The area councilor of Social Welfare and Citizenship, Juan Carrion Tudela, opened the day's training for workers in these municipal departments to create a space of encounter and exchange that allows the knowledge professionals as well as programs, resources and services that are managed from each of the Councillors.
The conference, which was developed in the Socio-Cultural Center "The Prison and was attended by about fifty people, was an initiative launched as a pilot-house training for workers in the areas of Social Welfare and Citizenship organized by both municipal areas in coordination with the departments of Personnel and Quality.
The objective of these has been to create a space of encounter and exchange that allows the knowledge of professionals working in each of the areas and programs, resources and services that are managed from each of the Councillors.
The development of the day consisted of each of the coordinators of the area, supported by professionals of the same, gave an exhibition of all the programs, resources and services that are managed from each department.
Furthermore, it gave all participants a file indicative of the presentations and then be sent to each professional a file through email, which includes diagrams of each area, a sheet for each resource and benefit to be managed, listing of professionals, contact details and map of the town of Totana with explanatory text to the location of each of the services.
