Agents Totana Local Police arrested two individuals for alleged domestic violence (02/07/2008)

Local Police of Totana last weekend proceeded to the arrest of two individuals for alleged crimes of gender violence.

The first one happened on Sunday morning June 29 when the Local Police Headquarters received a call that a girl "asking for help because her boyfriend was beating", police said.

Immediately, appeared at the scene two patrols of police who could verify that there were indications that there had been a fight and that he had hit a woman.

The alleged perpetrator, the victim's boyfriend, born in Bolivia, was in a room of the home, where he was arrested and brought to the Guardia Civil.

The second was held the morning of June 30 when officers were alerted by a citizen of Equador, which stated that her house had a marriage that was hitting.

When the agents presented themselves in the right direction, could see that at the entrance of the home was South American girl with a bloody face, which stated that her husband had assaulted her.

The alleged shooter, originally from Bolivia, who also had injuries to his face, was arrested and made available to the Guardia Civil.

From January to June 2008, Local Police Officers have carried out 21 Totana attested by violence, of which 17 people have been arrested.
