A total of 18 employees of the Special Employment Centre Totana (CEDETO) have done in recent days several training workshops and labor integration under the agreement colabroación that this public entity with the Association of Special Employment Centres in the Region Murcia (ACEERM) 2015.

The agreement is part of the objectives of planning, organization and implementation of services for personal and social adjustment, as stipulated by the Regulation of the Special Employment Centres;

forcing employees to perform CEDETO rehabilitation, therapeutic and social and sporting integration through these workshops promoted by the ACEERM.

Under this agreement the workers have recently been involved in the therapeutic workshop "Coaching labor systemic" and labor integration that was titled "Emotional Intelligence: Habits to think positive", both taught by psychologist Joseph Marcos Espinosa Bernal in CEDETO facilities in this location.

Participants were able to learn in the first workshop on interpersonal skills, with content as empathic listening, assertive communication and behavior with positive people, whose aim is to assist in what the employees in the organizational context and improve behavior collective organization.

Moreover, in the second workshop worked concepts such as emotional intelligence in the behavior of people through positive attitudes apply to the employment and social integration, making positive life attitude and a habit of positive work behaviors.

CEDETO, which currently consists of a total of 42 workers, is an organization of municipal public ownership and its purpose is the integration into the labor market of disabled workers.

Of these, 99% are disabled and perform, among others, different tasks in express courier services through "Redyser" postal services as a partner of "Unipost" for individuals and the city of Totana own.

They also develop other miscellaneous services such as access control to schools and libraries, municipal service control of the ORA and other administrative service in the Citizen of Totana Town Council, among others.
