Last Sunday began officially Hiking program offered by the Department of Sports, in collaboration with a known totanera company.
A route that passed through Los Baños de Mula, Castillo de Alcalá and the stretch of the Northwest Greenway (between the stopping of Los Banos, Albudeite and Campos del Río).
Hand monitor José García Huesca, thirty-three participants took a tour of 15.5 km varied terrain (riverbed Mula, mountain trails, asphalt and some dirt and gravel).
The route began at 9:00 and ended at 13:15 hours, according to local sources reported in a statement.
The trip was uneventful, frequent stops were made in the first half of the course to give specific explanations about plants, landscape, anecdotes and history of the place, and by the narrowness of the lanes and the large amount of vegetation that was in the bed the river and to take some photos.
Stop to regain strength and rest was held in the hilltop castle of Alcala.
