The Plenary of Totana yesterday agreed unanimously during the regular session in September, request the full restoration of diplomatic relations between Spain and the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR), given the difficult conditions in which the Sahrawi refugees live due to the exile to which they are bound by the military occupation of Morocco in its territory.
