MOVE introduces the new program of activities and developments for the 2015/16 season coinciding with the third anniversary (16/09/2015)

The Centre for Sport, Health and Recreation "MOVE" has introduced a new program of activities and some new features for the 2015/16 season coinciding with its third anniversary, which are aimed at users of different age and develop throughout week.

The Councillor for Sports, Maria Isabel Molino, the sports center coordinator, José Luis, and sports instructor, Chari Ruiz, presented the activities planned for the new winter season in the indoor pool.

To celebrate its third anniversary, the center is open every Sunday from September, from 9:00 to 13:00, so that members can invite family or friends to the center without additional cost sharing activity physical with him.

Those interested can enjoy activities zumba, aerobics, aquazumba, pilates and cycling as well as traditional water.

The center is open Monday to Saturday with a wide range of disciplines and sports activities;

and a schedule on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 22:30;

Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 to 22:30 hours and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00.

As every year, the center, with the award of the service for 15 years, the program provides more than 100 hours a week of activities at different levels and times to seek the flexibility and convenience of the users.

In this way, users can respond with choosing your favorite physical activity, your needs as burning calories, toning, mixed, prevention and relax and acutáticas.

Among the activities are the pilates, zumba, cycling, aerobics, swimming for all ages, levels and needs (pregnant), aerotono, yoga and other novel to be set for the first time this year, such as electrostimulation is having such great success in most modern sports centers.

Furthermore, additional services of nutrition and dietetics (herbal), technical and sports advice, personal training, cafeteria, physiotherapy and playroom from 1 October offered.

Activities for children to new season are the courses of swimming, synchronized swimming and Dance School Ruiz-Chari (Centro Deportivo);

Paddle School "Fran Avellaneda" and Polideportiva School.

This year the center has signed cooperation agreements with sports clubs and entities Totanapara establishing reduced prices and benefits to its members proving their belonging to them.

As for the developments of the School of Dance MOVE-Chari Ruiz, it will begin in October with the provision of intensive courses by three specialist teachers and offer, like every year, different genres.

This year, as new, will be offered one hour of Latin dance for children;

and also he taught Zumba fitness and Latin rhythms and hip-hop.

On Saturday, September 26, there will be an Open Day for users to know the activities Zumba (9:30 to 10:30) and hip-hop (10:30 to 11:30).
