The Mayor of Totana, Juan José Canovas, accompanied by the first deputy mayor, Andrés García, met today with the spokespersons of the municipal opposition groups in order to establish performance standards and establish the City development institutional relations in the new legislature begins now.
This is the first point of institutional contact the new ruler had individually with the spokespersons of the Popular Party, Isabel Maria Sanchez, and Citizens Asensio Soler, respectively;
after the act of constitution of the new Municipal Corporation on Saturday.
The meeting took place in the office of the Mayor and during those responsible for the new municipal government expressed their willingness and intention to be a fluid understanding and dialogue in this new municipal stage between representatives of the various political groups within the plenary .

The mayor informed Sanchez Soler of the approach provided in collegiate bodies of the City as well as the presence and representation of members of the municipal corporation in different institutional events.
The tools provided to opposition groups have the means enabling them to develop their work in Totana Town Council and mechanisms aimed at dignifying the municipal political work and the institution itself were also discussed.
