The BORM today announced the approval of agreements of non-compliance of planning agreements C-11 and C-5O and amicable resolution of planning agreement C-20.
As reflected in the Gazette of 04.14.2015 on your page 15352, the Local Government of the City of Totana, in regular meeting held on March 16, 2015, resolved to approve the following resolutions:
- Declaration of non-compliance of the planning agreement Sectorization Concerted developable land in property located in "Santa Leocadia" (Convention C-11).
- Declaration of non-compliance of the planning agreement Sectorization Concerted developable land in property located in Dip.
Mortí party, "Cancarix" (Convention C-50).
- Resolution by mutual agreement of the planning agreement Sectorization Concerted developable land in property located in Dip.
Morti "Place of the Viper" (Convention C-20).
Which are subject to public information for twenty days to any natural or legal person may examine the procedure, and present any arguments deems appropriate (arts. 11 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2008 of 20 June, and 86 of Law 30/92)
