Totana hosted Saturday March 21 tournament corresponding to the 3rd round of the regional league of school age, which was held in the School Hall during the morning badminton.
It is also called "concentration school age" because they came from places like Molina del Segura, Las Torres de Cotillas, Aledo and of course Totana, according to reports from the Badminton Club Totana.
The final classification of the totanera participation was as follows:
- Sub 11. Sergio Moreno and Alejandro Lopez 1 ranked doubles and Sergio 1st classified individually.
- Sub 13 female.
Virginia Canovas and Laura García 2nd classified doubles and both players were semifinalists in individually.
- Sub 13 male.
Javier Moreno 1st place in singles and in doubles with teammate Juan Miguel Gonzalez.
Jose Antonio Ponce 3rd classified individually.
- Male Sub15.
Casey Clatworthy was the champion in singles and in doubles with Alfonso Valenzuela.
Alfonso would not put easy in the final individual to his companion.
It was a hard fought battle sport.
There were about 60 players / as and everything went very well thanks to the work of the board of sports, Badminton Club Totana and Murcia Federation.
