Cebag says he received a flood of inquiries in relation to the reduction of plants that includes the Land-use planning approved by the PP (23/01/2015)

Given the numerous calls and inquiries being received in Cebag and their associations, to know and access the PDF-4-page summary posted on Totana.com on day 20;

Cebag now forwarding the document on a page by page format, which is easier to query alphabetical street by street, on the amendment at heights between 2008 and last November 2014.

And, according to estimates by Cebag, over 90% of about 350 streets of the consolidated town of Totana, would be affected by the reduction of floor and consideration and outside of organization, which was initially approved last November 14 by the municipal corporation, with only the votes of PP and that period of public exhibition received more than twelve thousand claims, which account for nearly two thirds of the citizens of the total electorate of Totana of the last European elections.

According assessment Cebag, almost half of that over 90% of the streets whose floor area is lowered, lose two or more plants.

While the other half would be affected with mixed rebate or differentiated according to the section of the street, or would undercut its buildable one level.

According to studies Cebag only around 5% of the streets retain their full buildable earlier than expected in 2008;

while 3% of the streets increase your buildable respect to 2008, mainly justified by the payment of increased economic and urban buildable via agreement

As is evident from Cebag, this reduction of buildable -case assumed that a disguised expropriation of thousands of citizens who believe, very conservatively, at a value of no less than 100 million euros confirme- (more than 1.6 billion pesetas).
