The city of Totana now open to attract college students who want to volunteer in the project Strengthening Education for the academic year 2014/15, which promote the Department of Youth and Education.
A year, starts this educational initiative by the totanero Consistory, whose project involves the collaboration of college students college credit to develop a volunteer assignment during the school year and aimed at children in disadvantaged sociocultural residents in this county.
As reported by local sources, it is supporting the child to reinforce him in those school subjects you need, thereby improving academic performance and study habits, and trying to involve the family in the educational process of their children.

The project was conducted in collaboration with the Service to Diversity and Volunteerism at the University of Murcia.
This initiative started in 2012 and have since been working an average of eight volunteers per course each school year while gaining some forty primary school students from different schools.
Initially scheduled reinforcement tasks are taught in schools two days a week in the afternoon, the sources said.
