4 groups were entertained night

On Saturday September 27 took place the second benefit concert for Wind Shelter held at the City Park enclosure Marcos Ortiz de Totana.

The evening, which started late due to rain, was enlivened by three groups of music followed by a DJ, and lasted until 4 am.

The concert began with a group of promising young Totana called Dr. Tellini, followed promoters and musicians Ice Crushers, followed Heisem known and enjoyed DJ Topo, which along with a hefty number of singers got friends encourage attendees until the last moment.

The aim of the concert was collecting funds for running costs of the Refuge, such as feed and medicines.

We have voluntary Refuge, which is the biggest expense they have and that often confront difficult;

"Initiatives how are you some relief the precarious situation in which we find ourselves often.

And it is not only financial support, also a pleasure to check that there are people willing to collaborate and help in this work has no weekends or holidays because dogs have the same needs 365 days a year "

The joint initiative was driven by Alfa Radio, along with the Ice Crushers, they proposed Refuge Wind collaborate with them doing what they do best;

play music.

Thus began rolling machinery, and volunteers from the shelter, shops and business sponsors and the guys at Alfa Radio got the concert became a reality.

The condition for worthwhile;

absolutely all proceeds would be for the Refugio del Viento.

Therefore no charge for his work.

The groups touched by the cause, those who worked in the bar, tickets and even cleaning the enclosure were volunteers.

In summary, a set of supportive people to support the work carried forward daily Refugio del Viento.

El Refugio del Viento is a protector of animals currently in their facilities with nearly a hundred dogs that feed, care for and find them a home.

Their work is continuous and "every day" for over four years.

It has gone through very difficult and with an overload of mouths to feed and care now, but with perseverance and desire have been overcome.

Right now, dripping still continues abandoned in street dogs and El Refugio can not save everyone.

Their volunteers remind us that all that work is no longer needed their existence.

Stop dropouts occur.
