PP Totana: "Entry into force of a new extension of the Plan Prepare, with support of up to 450 euros for the unemployed with no income" (13/02/2014)

This Sunday, February 16, comes into force a new extension of the "Prepare Plan", which supports up to 450 euros per month for long-term unemployed with no income are included, the unemployment rate have not reduced below 20 %.

The Government approved the January 25, 2013 a Royal Decree-Law in which the automatic extension of this program was established for successive periods of six months until the unemployment rate, as measured by EPA, not lower than 20%.

The Government must extend for six months the "Prepare Plan", thus fulfilling their commitments.

The plan includes financial assistance of EUR 400 or 450, as appropriate, with a maximum duration of six months.

Following recent changes to the plan, made a year and a half ago, takes into account the income of the ancestors (parent) when assessing whether the unemployed person meets the requirement of income required to collect the aid of 400 euros.

To benefit from the "Plan Prepare", applicants must be registered as unemployed and have no income of any nature higher monthly calculated at 75% of minimum wage (481 euros), excluding the proportional part two bonuses.

It is understood that the lack of income requirement is met if the sum of the incomes of the members of the household, including applicant and divided by the number of members who compose it, not exceeding those 481 euros.

Aid reaches 450 euros in cases in which beneficiaries are responsible for two members of the family unit, in addition to your spouse or partner.

For the rest of the unemployed, aid is 400 euros per month.
