Some 1,800 members make regular use of the municipal agenda (15/10/2013)

About 1,800 users make regular and frequent use of the Municipal Agenda, offered on the web www.totana.es, so that from its inception in April 2013 which was put into operation has received more than 3,000 visits from 1,800 unique visitors.

Depending on their origin, 97 percent of visitors come from Spain, and the remaining 3 percent, in order of most to least, Ecuador, France, United Kingdom, United States, Argentina, Colombia, among others.

The city of Totana Totana developed an agenda under the slogan "What to do in Totana?" Includes any and all activities that can be performed or events you can attend the citizenship @ Totana every day of the year .

According to sources from the Councils of Citizen Participation and New Technologies, it is therefore a great tool for work and communication necessary for the city of Totana to publicize Totana all citizen activity.

The agenda was developed by municipal technicians using the services or free Google Web applications, primarily "Google Calendar", "Google Drive" and "Gmail", so thanks to Google's free applications, has enabled multiagenda environment and collaborative, constituting, at zero cost, the work scenario best suited for the claims of the City of Totana.

The agenda includes each and every one of the activities and events that promote or in which the City works Totana and township associations and groups in order to make it close and easy to find all the information about the activities and events of the municipality .

Most of the visits, more than 50 percent, see the overview of the agenda (home page), where all activities clump together.

About preferences of specific activities, it appears that another 50 percent of people who demand specific information (more to less) Culture, Leisure and Recreation, Party, Social and Cultural Activities, Education and Sports, etc..

According device use, 83 percent of visits were received through personal computers, 13 percent have received through mobile and 4 percent through tablets.
