A total of 310 people participated in the month of July in the various activities organized in Totana Program Summer 2013 driven from the Department of Youth and Civic Participation, in partnership with several organizations and agencies active in the field of leisure, free time and training.
Of the participants, 145 are children aged between 3 and 12 years, who participated in the Summer Schools and Workshops with Horses.
The Children's Painting Workshop has had 77 children aged between 5 and 14 years.
These activities have been carried out monitors and teachers of the following associations: Collective The Candle for Summer Schools, Cultural Association SonImagina at Children's Painting Workshop and Equestrian Therapy Association AMTE in Workshops with Horses.
The expectations for child participation, sources of respective Councils, have been quite covers because they have represented approximately 71% of the total participants.
Of the activities that were aimed specifically at young people and adults, as has been the decline of the Segura River in the area of ​​Calasparra and Digital Photography Workshop involved a total of 43 people, 25 in the first event and 18 in the second.
These activities were organized by the Cultural Association and the Association Canico SonImagina respectively.
Franciscan Youth has also contributed in this regard, as is customary for many years, through the organization of two camps, one for boys and one for young people, on the premises of The Stables, Sierra Espuna.
About 90 children and young people about participating in these activities.
Have also been scheduled for August activities, mostly, are aimed at the general population, such as cultural tours and adventure activities.
